Charter Boats NI is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
Behavior
Passage may be refused if a ticket holder behaves aggressively or threateningly toward the skipper, crew, or other passengers.
Intoxication
Intoxicated persons will be refused passage for safety reasons.
Damage
Any damage to the boat or equipment caused by passengers will be charged to the lead passenger (the person who made the booking). This includes the discharge of an inflatable life jacket in a non-emergency situation.
Health & Safety
This trip is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has limited mobility (including hip or knee replacements), has back or heart conditions, or has had recent surgery. If you have any doubts, please discuss your personal circumstances with us or consult your GP to determine if you are fit to travel on a RHIB.
Sailing Schedule
We strive to adhere to scheduled sailing dates and times, but they may change due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy
If we are unable to offer an alternative sailing, ticket purchasers are entitled to a full refund.
Tickets are non-refundable if the purchaser cancels or is a no-show.
Recommendation
We recommend booking return tickets for different days as race schedules can change and sailings are weather dependent.
